Costs

Our Day Delegate Rate is £25 per person for a working (8 hour) day and includes:

• Room Hire
• Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits
• Cold sandwich lunch
• Use of onsite equipment – flipchart, projector, screen
• PA system and one roving mike, one lapel mike
• Table water, mints, stationery, pens
• On-site free parking
• Access to on-site technician and event manager

Room hire for rooms in addition to the main room to be used as break out/syndicate rooms are charged at £100 per room per day.

To meet any additional equipment needs, we will arrange hire and pass on to you the additional (at cost) amount.

Minimum occupancies/minimum Day Delegate Rates for cost purposes are:

• Providence Hall – 30 people
• Albion Room – 10 people
• Prospect Hall – 10 people

We can also offer Room Hire only, with no equipment, refreshments, breaks, lunch etc. For room hire, instead of the Day Delegate Rate, the following room rental rates will apply. Clients are welcome to provide their own lunch/refreshments etc., however, Room Hire events are serviced by the client. We can provide details of local caterers and can provide equipment at an additional cost.

These Room Hire rates are for Monday to Friday. Contact us for details of weekend Room Hire rates.

None of our prices are subject to VAT.

We are happy to discuss discounted rates for returning customers depending on availability. Also, as Wednesday is usually a quieter day, we offer a 10% discount for business events booked to take place on a Wednesday.
